The separation of the short-path evaporator can be achieved at the temperature at the boiling point of the material,as long as the pressure of the system is lower than the saturated vapor pressure of the light component of the material and the distance between the heating surface and the condensation surface is less than or equal to the molecular mean free path of the light component.,can achieve the purpose of separation.
The short path evaporator distillation process adds material from the top of the evaporator.The distributor is continuously distributed on the heating surface through the rotor,and the squeegee is scraped into the thin liquid film.During this process,the light molecules escaping from the heated surface condense into the condenser with little collision and flow along the condenser tube through the discharge tube at the bottom of the evaporator; the residual liquid is collected in a circular channel,Then it flows out through the side discharge pipe.The short-range evaporator consists of a jacketed cylinder,an internal condenser and a rotor.The inner condenser is located in the center of the evaporator,and the rotor with the scraping membrane system rotates between the evaporator and the condenser.
