The scraper evaporator has a shorter heating time:since the scraper evaporator is a special falling film evaporator,the residence time of the material on the heating surface is very short,about 10-60 seconds (depending on the specifications),especially For heat sensitivity.VE material.The operation flexibility is large:the amount of material of the evaporator material per unit time is less and less,which determines the thickness of the liquid film on the heated surface.Since the liquid film of the squeegee evaporator is forced by the squeegee,the volume of the feed can be adjusted over a wide range.

The material continuously enters the horizontal evaporator from the large diameter end,is accelerated and distributed by the scraped diaphragm,and immediately forms a thin flowing film on the heated surface.The tapered thin film evaporator relies on the rotor to apply centrifugal force to the material.The centrifugal force is two effective,one perpendicular to the heated surface and the other towards the large diameter.The direction of the body (note:the same result also appears in the vertical conical film evaporator) relies on these forces to accelerate the biomaterial,and the incoming material ensures that the heated surface is completely wet,independent of the evaporation ratio or feed rate,therefore,Overheating and thermal degradation of the local material is reduced or eliminated altogether.
