Scraper Evaporator Features

The scraper evaporator is a new type of evaporator with strong adaptability, featuring high viscosity, good heat sensitivity, easy crystallization and scaling. It consists mainly of a heating jacket and a scraper. The steam is heated in the jacket. The scraper is mounted on the rotating shaft.

Scraper evaporator features:

1. The scraper evaporator has high efficiency and large capacity.

2. The scraper evaporator has a short residence time on the evaporation surface, about (+10 seconds), no coking, no scaling.

3. The squeegee evaporator can achieve low temperature evaporation under vacuum conditions.

4. Scraper evaporator is suitable for continuous production, flexible operation, simple structure, convenient maintenance and strong self-control ability.

5. The squeegee evaporator adjusts the residence time of the material in the evaporator by changing the inclination angle of the groove on the outer side of the squeegee to meet the evaporation requirements of different viscosity materials.

6. The scraper evaporator uses stainless steel for all parts and equipment that contact materials and liquids to prevent contamination of materials and liquids.

7. The top of the scraper evaporator is equipped with a quick-opening cover to facilitate cleaning of the heating tube. Lighting holes and mirrors are provided on both sides of the top for easy viewing during operation.
