The squeegee evaporator has high efficiency and large capacity. The evaporation of water and organic solvent is 100-300kg/h, and the residence time of the scraper evaporator on the evaporation surface is short, about (+10 seconds, no coking, no scaling. The scraper evaporator can achieve low temperature evaporation under vacuum conditions. The scraper evaporator is suitable for continuous production, flexible operation, simple structure, convenient maintenance and strong self-control ability.
The squeegee evaporator can change the inclination angle of the outer groove of the squeegee and adjust the residence time of the material in the evaporator to meet the evaporation needs of different viscosity materials.
The scraper evaporator uses stainless steel for all parts and equipment that come into contact with materials and liquids to prevent contamination of materials and liquids. The top of the scraper evaporator is provided with a quick opening cover for easy cleaning of the heating tube. Illuminated holes and mirrors on both sides of the top for easy viewing.
