1. Material Characteristics
The initial moisture content of the material directly affects drying time. The higher the moisture content, the more water must be removed, and the lower the drying efficiency. Material form also has an impact. Powdered materials are more easily exposed to the heat medium than lumps or pastes, leading to faster water evaporation. Viscous materials tend to stick to the walls or clump, hindering heat transfer and water diffusion, thus reducing drying efficiency. Furthermore, materials with different thermal conductivity coefficients have varying heat absorption capacities. Materials with better thermal conductivity heat up faster, accelerating water evaporation.
2. Equipment Structure and Component Condition
The heating area is a key factor. The larger the heating area, the wider the contact area between the material and the heat medium, the more heat is transferred per unit time, and the higher the drying efficiency. The performance of the agitator is also crucial. If the agitator is uneven, the material can accumulate in spots, preventing sufficient heating and hindering water evaporation. Conversely, efficient agitation ensures even agitation of the material, improving heat utilization. The sealing performance of the vacuum system also affects the vacuum level. If there are air leaks, a stable low-pressure environment cannot be maintained, making it difficult to lower the water boiling point and significantly slowing the drying speed.

3. Operating Parameter Control

The temperature and flow rate of the heating medium directly affect the heat supply. When the temperature is too low, the material heats up slowly, slowing water evaporation. While excessively high temperatures can accelerate evaporation, they may also cause material deterioration. Therefore, proper control is necessary based on the material's characteristics. The vacuum level is also crucial. A higher vacuum level lowers the water boiling point and promotes rapid water vaporization.

4. External Auxiliary Conditions

The temperature and humidity of the equipment's environment indirectly affect drying efficiency. High humidity increases the water vapor content in the air, hindering the removal of moisture from the material and potentially prolonging the drying time. Low temperatures, on the other hand, impair the heat dissipation and heat transfer efficiency of the equipment, indirectly reducing the drying speed.
