The power consumption of the scraper evaporator is large

After the blade of the squeegee evaporator evaporates,the housing is equipped with a heated steam jacket equipped with a rotating blade of a doctor blade.There are two types of scraper:fixed type and rotor type.The gap between the former and the wall shell is 0.5 ~ 1.5 mm.The latter changes with the wall and rotor of the gap.The material is tangentially from the upper half of the dredging evaporator.Participate (also added to the same axis as the razor and back panel).

The squeegee evaporator is mainly composed of a heating jacket and a squeegee.The jacket is heated by steam.The squeegee is mounted on a rotatable shaft,and the squeegee and the heating jacket inner wall maintain a small gap,usually 0.5 to 1.5 mm.After the preheating,the liquid is added from the upper part of the evaporator in the tangential direction.Under the action of gravity and rotating scraper,the lower rotating film is distributed on the inner wall,and is continuously evaporated and concentrated during the descending process,and the finished liquid is discharged from the bottom.The secondary steam escapes from the top.In some cases,this evaporator evaporates the solution to give a solid product directly at the bottom.The disadvantages of this type of evaporator are that the structure is complicated (the manufacturing,installation and maintenance work is large),the heating area is small,and the power consumption is large.
