Unlike short-range evaporators, evaporators are an important part of the four parts of refrigeration. The cryogenic liquid is exchanged with the outside air through the evaporator, and the heat is absorbed by evaporation to achieve a cooling effect. The evaporator is mainly composed of a heating chamber and an evaporation chamber. The heating chamber provides the liquid with the heat required for evaporation, thereby causing the liquid to boil and evaporate, and the evaporation chamber completely separates the gas-liquid two phases. The steam generated in the heating chamber has a large amount of liquid foam. After the evaporation chamber of the larger space, the liquid can be separated from the steam by its own condensation or mist eliminator.Usually the demister is located at the top of the evaporator.
According to the operating pressure, the evaporator is divided into three parts: atmospheric pressure, pressurization and decompression.According to the movement of the solution in the evaporator, there are: 1,a cyclic type. The boiling solution is heated several times through the heating chamber.2.One-way type.In the heating chamber, the boiling solution passes through the heating surface once without circulating, that is,the concentrated liquid is discharged, such as a rising film type,a falling film type,a stirring film type, and a centrifugal film type.3.Direct contact type. The heating medium is in direct contact with the solution, such as an immersion combustion evaporator.During the operation of the evaporator,a large amount of heated steam is consumed.
