The liquid film of the short-path evaporator is the key to the evaporation process of the thin film evaporator. However, the formation of the liquid film is conditional. After the relevant conditions have been met,the liquid film can be formed in the thin film evaporator to promote the evaporation of the liquid. Now,it seems that when the liquid flow rate in the thin film evaporator exceeds a certain range,it is possible to form a film; and there is still a certain amount of gas present, because the film flow is blown out by the gas,and the gas amount is too small to blow.If it doesn't come out,it won't be able to produce a membranous flow.
In order to form a liquid film, the direction of gas and liquid flow in the thin film evaporator must be uniform, and if the flow direction is reversed,it is impossible to blow out the liquid film. Moreover,in addition to the liquid flow rate to reach a certain standard, the gas flow rate must exceed a certain range to form a film.In addition, only when the gas-liquid ratio of the thin film evaporator is controlled within a certain range, film formation is possible, and the above basic conditions are satisfied.Under the condition, the liquid film can be formed in the thin film evaporator, and the liquid can be processed by the evaporator to achieve the desired effect.
