Nine advantages of molecular distillation distillation technology:
1.The distillation temperature is low and the molecular distillation is operated at a temperature far below the boiling point.Separation can be achieved as long as there is a temperature difference.This is the essential difference between molecular distillation and traditional distillation.
2.The vacuum of distillation is high,and the molecular distillation apparatus can obtain high vacuum.Usually,molecular distillation is operated at low pressure,so the material is not easily oxidized and damaged.
3.The distillate film is thin and the heat transfer efficiency is high.
4.The heating time is short,and the distance between the heated liquid surface and the condensing surface is smaller than the mean free path of the light molecules,so that the light molecules escaping from the liquid surface reach the condensing surface with almost no collision.
