1. The temperature of the external heating furnace must not exceed 200°C during operation. If the temperature of the heating furnace is too high, it will easily cause the PTFE liner in the kettle to deform.
2. It is not allowed to be used for vacuuming, and it is not allowed to deflate instantaneously during the reaction process, which may easily cause vacuuming. If the pressure is high, the seal is formed through line contact between the stainless steel kettle body and the kettle lid. Do not allow corrosive media to come into contact with the sealing surface during use.
3. The heating rate should be slow, and the temperature inside the kettle can be gradually controlled by controlling the temperature of the heating furnace outside the kettle through the finished product PID temperature control system.
Because the stainless steel kettle and the outside of the temperature measurement protection tube are lined with PTFE, special attention should be paid to the temperature difference between the heating temperature of the heating furnace outside the kettle and the temperature inside the kettle measured by the temperature measurement protection tube.
