Pour the reactants into the PTFE bushing or PPL bushing, and ensure that the feeding coefficient is less than 0.8.
Make sure the gasket under the kettle body is in the correct position (with the convex side facing down), then put in the PTFE bushing or PPL bushing and the upper gasket, first tighten the kettle lid, and then use the screw to tighten the kettle lid until it is tight.
Place the hydrothermal synthesis reaction kettle in the heater and heat it up to the required reaction temperature according to the specified heating rate. (Less than the specified safe operating temperature).
Only after confirming that the intra-abdominal temperature is lower than the boiling point of the reactant and solvent can the kettle lid be opened for subsequent operations. When the reaction is completed and the temperature is cooled down, the specified cooling rate must be strictly followed to facilitate safety and the service life of the reactor.
After confirming that the internal temperature is lower than the boiling point of the reactant and solvent, first use the screw to loosen the cauldron lid, and then open the cauldron lid.
The hydrothermal synthesis reactor must be cleaned promptly after each use to avoid rust. Pay special attention to cleaning the cauldron body and cauldron lid line seals, and be careful not to damage them.
