4. Avoid mixing pressure gauges for oxygen with pressure gauges for other gases.
5. Safety valves and other safety devices must use equipment that has been regularly inspected and meets the specified requirements.
6. During operation, care must be taken that the thermometer must be accurately inserted into the reaction solution.
7. The interior and padding parts should be kept clean.
8. When closing the disc flange cover, tighten the bolts located on the diagonal in pairs in sequence.
9. When the measuring instrument breaks, in most cases it breaks on the front and rear sides of the glass surface. Therefore, do not stand in these dangerous places during operation. When danger is expected, the glass should be removed and replaced with a new one.
10. Dangerous operation. When using the reactor, the operator needs to put in a small amount of raw materials each time to fully react step by step.
