Rotary Vacuum Dryer Vacuum Control Methods

Rotary Vacuum Dryer
1. Real-Time Vacuum Monitoring

Use the equipment's vacuum monitoring device to continuously track the vacuum level within the drying chamber. This device accurately reports changes in chamber pressure. When the vacuum level deviates from the set range, it promptly issues a signal to alert the operator, providing data for subsequent adjustments to prevent vacuum level abnormalities from affecting drying results.

2. Adjusting Vacuum System Operation

Adjust the vacuum pump's operating status based on the monitored vacuum level data. If the vacuum level is insufficient, increase the vacuum pump's operating power or extend its operating time to enhance its vacuum capacity.

3. Preventing Chamber Leaks

Regularly inspect the drying chamber's sealing components, such as sealing strips and connecting pipe joints. If any signs of aging or loosening are found, replace or tighten them immediately to prevent air from entering the chamber. Also, perform a chamber seal test before starting the equipment to ensure there are no leaks before commissioning. This lays the foundation for stable vacuum control.

4. Adapting to Material Drying Requirements

The vacuum level should be adjusted to the material's characteristics and process requirements. Different materials have different requirements for a vacuum environment. Adjusting vacuum parameters based on the material ensures both drying quality and a stable vacuum level.
