How to operate
During operation, the chemical liquid passes through the flow meter, first enters the preheater, flows out from the upper part of the preheater, enters from the bottom of the conduit evaporator, and is heated by steam to immediately boil and vaporize, forming a large amount of foam, generated foam and secondary vapor. It rises at a high speed along the heating pipe, generally 20 to 50 m/s, and can be 100 to 160 m/s or higher under reduced pressure. The solution evaporates rapidly during the high-speed rise of the film formation with the inner and outer surfaces of the foam as the evaporation surface. The mixture of foam and secondary vapor enters the gas-liquid separator from the outlet of the gas. At this time, the foam is separated into secondary vapor and concentrated liquid, and the concentrated liquid is collected by a conduit connected to the lower mouth of the separator. The secondary vapor enters the interlayer of the preheater from the conduit for preheating the liquid. The excess exhaust gas is condensed into the mixing condenser and discharged from the condensate outlet. The uncondensed exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the condenser to the atmosphere. The traditional Chinese medicine extract can be concentrated to a relative density of about 1.05 to 1.10 via the thin film evaporator.
