Introduction

Agitated Film Evaporator is equipped with a heating steam jacket outside the casing, which is equipped with a rotatable scraper inside, which is driven by the rotating shaft in the center of the cylinder. After the raw material liquid is added tangentially from the upper part of the evaporator, under the driving of the gravity and the rotating scraper, a downwardly swirling film is formed along the inner wall surface of the casing, the finished liquid is discharged from the bottom discharger, and the secondary steam is passed through the demister It is discharged from the upper part. The outstanding advantage of this type of evaporator is its strong adaptability to materials, and it is suitable for evaporation of high viscosity, easy crystallization, easy scaling, suspended solids or heat sensitive liquid.

Performance and characteristics
