Working principle

The material enters the evaporator from the inlet,and is evenly distributed by the rotating distributor on the heating surface of the inner cylinder wall. The scraper is squashed into a thin and uniform film,and the turbulent flow is forced to move downward,and the jacket is transmitted. The incoming heat is quickly evaporated and concentrated. The concentrated liquid enters the receiver directly from the discharge port or through a cooler. The system is equipped with a vacuum,and the secondary steam or solvent is passed upward through the trap to remove the entrained droplets and foam. The vacuum nozzle is discharged.
