ATFD is the ideal equipment for the continuous processing of concentrated materials into dry solids. The device consists of a cylindrical and vertical body covered with a heating jacket. A row of pendulum blades is mounted inside to spread the wet feed product in film form. ATFD machines are highly demanding in pharmaceutical companies, the textile industry, the agrochemical industry, the sugar industry and sewage treatment plants.

Working principle

ATFD represents the evaporation of water or solvent to form a concentrated liquid to a dry powder or flake.

It is ideal for uninterrupted processing of concentrated materials into dry solids.

The ATFD includes a vertical cylindrical body with a heating jacket and a rotor inside the housing that is equipped with rows and swinging vanes throughout the length of the dryer. The wet feed product is spread on the heated wall by a hinged blade.
