3KL PU Reaction Kettle is a key equipment used for physical or chemical reactions in industrial production. The structure and parameters of high temperature and pressure reaction kettle are carefully designed to meet the needs of various processes such as heating, cooling, evaporation and high and low speed mixing. It is usually composed of kettle body, cover, jacket, agitator, transmission device, shaft sealing device, support device, etc. It has good corrosion resistance to various organic acids, inorganic acids and organic solvents.

1. High pressure and corrosion resistance - optional materials include 316L stainless steel, titanium, Hastelloy, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature and high pressure .
2. Accurate temperature control - jacket/coil design, supports electric heating, steam or thermal oil circulation, temperature control accuracy ±1℃.
3. Efficient stirring - variable frequency speed regulation (0-1000rpm), optional anchor type, turbine type, etc., mixing uniformity ≥95%.

5. Intelligent control - PLC automation system, real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, pH value and other parameters.

Production process
1. Material preparation: Select carbon steel, stainless steel and other materials according to the design, cut into parts such as kettle body and jacket, prepare standard parts such as stirring shaft and transmission parts to ensure that the material quality and specifications meet the standards.
2. Component processing: Stamp, roll, weld and splice the plates to make kettle body and jacket; turn and grind the stirring shaft to ensure dimensional accuracy; process flanges and pipes to connect instruments and pipelines.
3. Equipment assembly: First fix the jacket to the kettle body and weld and seal; install the stirring device to ensure the verticality and concentricity of the stirring shaft; assemble the transmission device and connect the motor and the stirring shaft;
4. Install the shaft seal to ensure sealing.
Detection and debugging: Detect the welds, test the overall sealing and pressure resistance; check the operation of each device, debug the stirring speed, heating and cooling efficiency and other parameters to ensure that the performance meets the standards.
