Application characteristics

1. Accelerating the analysis process: keeping the strong acid and strong base above the boiling point in a simple form, the dissolution rate of the sample is accelerated compared with that of dissolving in an open container at normal temperature and pressure, shorten the operation progress time.

2. Strong corrosion resistance: due to the use of polytetrafluoroethylene materials, can withstand a variety of strong acid, alkali corrosion, thus ore, glass and other inorganic and organic materials can be quickly dissolved in strong acid and strong alkali solution.

3. Unique sealing method: because the PTFE lining inside the dissolved bottle is larger than the Coefficient of thermal expansion of the bottle shell, when the bottle body is heated, especially when it is cooled, the polytetrafluoroethylene is prone to relaxation and leakage. In order to avoid this phenomenon, all dissolved bottles are equipped with a load-bearing spring cover, the cover device can maintain the pressure on the sealing surface throughout the operation.

4. Easy to operate: the use of a unique wrench, can easily be quickly opened and fastened.
