Performance characteristics of the scraper film evaporator: low operating temperature: Due to the above characteristics, the evaporation process can be maintained under high vacuum conditions.As the degree of vacuum increases, the boiling point of the corresponding material decreases rapidly.Therefore, it is possible to operate at a lower temperature, thereby reducing thermal decomposition of the product.The heating time is short.Due to the unique construction of the doctor blade evaporator, the doctor has a suction function which allows the material to stay in the evaporator for a very short time and due to the high velocity turbulence of the film on the heated evaporator.This flow prevents the product from staying on the surface of the evaporator and is particularly suitable for the evaporation of heat sensitive materials.

After the blades of the squeegee film evaporator are evaporated, the housing is provided with a heated steam jacket and rotating blades of the squeegee.There are two types of scrapers: fixed and rotor.The former is between 0.5 and 1.5 mm between the holes between the housing and the wall.The latter varies with wall and rotor clearance changes.The material participates in the tangential direction from the upper dredging evaporator (also added to the same axis of the razor and back panel).The solution forms a rotating film on the inner wall due to the action of gravity, centrifugal force and the blade belt.During this process, the concentration of the solution is evaporated and the liquid is completed at the bottom of the discharge port.The evaporator is a thin film unidirectional evaporator with extra power.
