The short-range molecular still reactor reaction system has homogeneous and heterogeneous phases.In the heterogeneous reaction,the solid catalyst formed by a certain process constitutes a packing of the distillation column.It acts as a catalytic column and as a filler.Distillation has been used for esterification,transesterification,etherification,saponification,separation of certain homologues and isomers.The total vapor pressure of the mixture at any temperature is always greater than the vapor pressure of any component because it includes the vapor pressure of the other components of the mixture.Therefore,at the same external pressure,the boiling point of the mixture of insoluble materials is lower than the boiling temperature of the lowest component of the boiling point.
The main difference between distillation and fractionation is that the distillation is only vaporization and concentration,the separated material is generally pure,and continuous evaporation and condensation should be carried out continuously.The separation material is still a mixture,but the boiling range is different.
