The hydrogenation reactor is composed of a special set of components to achieve the designed mass transfer requirements and shear effects, high degree of gas internal circulation and turbulence. When the motor drives the internal hollow agitator to rotate, the fluid near the agitator makes a circular motion under the action of the impeller. The centrifugal force generated causes self-priming inside the agitator, forming a negative pressure zone inside the self-priming agitator. The interior of the suction agitator is connected to the gas phase through a hollow shaft, so that the gas on the liquid surface is accurately sucked into the agitator and redispersed in the liquid phase.
