2. Check whether the inside of the Reaction kettle, agitator, rotating parts, auxiliary equipment, indicating instruments, safety valves, pipelines and valves meet the safety requirements.

3. Check the Reaction kettle body, kettle cover and all welds of the autoclave for cracks, deformation, leakage and other abnormal phenomena; the corrosion condition of the inner surface of the kettle body and the kettle cover; whether the safety accessories can work normally; whether the condensate drainage device is Normal; whether the kettle lid suspension device and the hand reducer are flexible; whether the rolling support is flexible, whether the foundation is subsidence; whether all the fasteners are loose, etc.

4. Check whether the water, electricity and gas meet the safety requirements.

5. Only after the relevant matters have been checked can the car be driven normally.
