Our scraped surface vacuum evaporator is a new type of high-efficiency evaporator that is made into a film by a rotary wiper.It has the characteristics of fast flow speed, high heat transfer efficiency, short residence time (about 10 to 50 seconds) and falling film evaporation under vacuum conditions. It consists of one or more jacketed cylinders and a rotary wiper inside the cylinder. The scraped surface vacuum evaporator continuously scrapes the feed surface into a thick and uniform liquid film and moves downward; during this process,the low boiling component is evaporated and the residue is discharged from the bottom of the evaporator.

Working principle

The scraped surface vacuum evaporator is a high-efficiency evaporation and distillation equipment that uses high-speed rotation to distribute liquid into a uniform film for evaporation or distillation. It can also perform unit operations such as deodorization,defoaming reaction,heating and cooling.
