How to choose editing

In the selection of thin film evaporators,various factors must be considered comprehensively,and generally need to be considered:

▲Production capacity and operating parameters:including treatment volume,inlet and outlet concentration,temperature,annual operating hours,etc.;

▲Product characteristics:including heat sensitivity,viscosity and fluidity (at operating temperature),foaming,solid content,crystallization and polymerization tendency;

▲Operating medium:such as water vapor (pressure),cooling water (temperature),cleaning solution (solvent),etc.;

▲Material selection and surface polishing requirements for manufacturing;

▲Site conditions:such as space,climate (outdoor),energy and product connections,work platforms,etc.

▲Regulations:including safety,noise,environmental protection,etc.


Maintenance

1)The lubricating oil of the reducer is 40# oil,and the fueling amount should be within the indicated height.Too much oil will cause agitation and heat.If the amount of oil is too small,the oil film of the eccentric body shaft pump will be destroyed and the temperature will rise due to heat generation.Replace the secondary lubricant within 1 month at the beginning of use,and replace the lubricant within 3-4 months.

2)After opening the low head,unscrew the bottom bolt of the rotor U-slot and check the scraper replacement scraper every four months.

3)Open the bottom bearing every two months,check the bottom bearing wear and replace the bottom bearing if necessary.

4)According to the nature of the material,the inner cylinder should be immersed and washed with warm water or solvent regularly.

5)Add sealing liquid to the mechanical seal chamber once a month,and the sealing liquid is 20# mechanical oil.
