1.The equipment consists of high vacuum chamber,furnace frame,vacuum system,melting device,condensation collecting device,furnace cover opening device,induction power supply device and control system,and water cooling pipe integration device.

2.High-vacuum cavity:The furnace body and the furnace cover are both made of double-layer water-cooled layer structure,and the inner and outer walls are all made of 304 stainless steel.To ensure the vacuum degree,the inner wall is mirror-polished; the outer wall is sprayed with electrolysis.The sealing surface of the furnace body flange is opened.Vacuum seal with fluoro rubber “0”ring.Ventilation holes,electrode devices,temperature measuring devices,and inflation ports are provided on both sides of the furnace body.The furnace cover is provided with an observation window,a venting device,a mechanical explosion-proof device,etc.

2.Furnace frame:It is assembled into a hob by steel and CNC folding plates,which is used to support the furnace body,and is used as an operation platform.It is also integrated with the electric control box to make the operation more humanized.

3.Vacuum system:It consists of a direct-coupled pump,a molecular pump,an inflation valve,a bleed valve,a pneumatic high vacuum valve,a vacuum pressure gauge (±Pa) and a vacuum line.

4.Melting device:It consists of induction coil,thermal insulation sleeve,graphite sleeve and smelting crucible.The bottom has temperature measuring thermocouple,which can automatically adjust the temperature according to the process.

5.Condensation collection device:There is a molybdenum transition tube directly above the melting crucible,which connects the melting crucible with the condensation collector and has a temperature measuring thermocouple,which can monitor the temperature at any time.The condensate collection device uses a double water cooled structure.

8.Water-cooled pipe integrated device:It consists of various pipeline valves and other related devices.It has the functions of water pressure under-voltage,water-off sound and light alarm,and automatic power-off.It ensures that all the places in the vacuum chamber and power coil that need water cooling are connected.Well,with the total inlet and outlet,the customer only needs to connect the inlet and outlet water of the peripheral cooling circulating water system to the total inlet and outlet pipes of the furnace.
