Acid-proof Storage Tank

Our acid and alkali resistant storage tanks adopt a 4-layer composite structure, consisting of high resin corrosion-resistant liner, anti-seepage barrier, filament-wound reinforcement layer and outer protective layer. All tanks are manufactured by computer-controlled filament winding technology. The seamless integrated structure is built for safe storage of strong acid, alkali and corrosive chemical liquids. Vertical, horizontal and conical bottom types are available for customization.

The tank inner surface is smooth for easy cleaning. It features outstanding acid & alkali corrosion resistance, anti-pressure and anti-aging property, reliable leak-proof performance. With light weight, high mechanical strength, good insulation and low thermal conductivity, it maintains stable temperature for stored medium. Its service life can reach up to 50 years with minimum routine maintenance. Heating and cooling assemblies can be equipped according to your technical requirements.
