The 316L stainless steel reactor is a core corrosion-resistant pressure vessel widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. Its manufacturing follows strict standardized procedures, covering blanking, fabrication, professional processing and finished product inspection.

Precision Material Blanking
The whole process starts with precise material blanking. Qualified 316L stainless steel plates are first verified by spectral analysis to confirm stable chemical composition. High-precision laser cutting is adopted to cut raw plates into standard components, strictly controlling dimensional tolerance and ensuring smooth cutting edges to avoid material defects.
Forming and Welding Production Process
In the production and forming stage, processed steel plates undergo rolling and bending to form the reactor cylinder and end caps. Professional clamping and shaping are applied to guarantee structural symmetry. The key fabrication procedure is TIG automatic welding for all splicing seams. Post-weld X-ray flaw detection is implemented for 100% of welds to eliminate cracks and pores, ensuring sealing and pressure resistance.

Surface Treatment and Finished Product Inspection
Subsequent fine surface treatment and polishing remove welding spots and burrs, improving corrosion resistance and sanitation. Finally, finished reactors pass strict pressure resistance, tightness and appearance tests. Qualified products feature excellent acid and alkali resistance, stable mechanical performance and long service life, meeting high-standard industrial production requirements.
