Equipment Basic Introduction
The vacuum paddle dryer is an indirect conduction drying device widely used in chemical and rare earth industries. It is specially developed to process heat-sensitive, sticky and corrosive materials, which cannot be treated by ordinary high-temperature drying equipment.

Internal Structure Design
The main body is a horizontal W-shaped cylinder fitted with hollow stirring shafts and wedge-shaped paddles. Hot medium circulates through the cylinder jacket, hollow shafts and paddles at the same time, forming double-sided heating surfaces to greatly raise heat transfer efficiency.
Drying Working Mechanism
The paddles rotate at low speed to turn over and scrape materials constantly, preventing material agglomeration and wall sticking. Under vacuum conditions, water and solvent vaporize at low temperature without damaging product activity. Vapor is drawn out by vacuum pumps and condensed for reuse, building a closed and clean drying cycle.

Performance & Application Scope
This dryer saves energy and avoids material cross-contamination. It can be manufactured with Hastelloy alloy or 316L stainless steel to resist acid corrosion. It meets both batch and continuous drying demands for phosphogypsum slurry and rare earth extracts in industrial production lines.
