Characteristics

The unit uses highly efficient metal stainless steel packing. The distillation tower is made of stainless steel,which prevents the iron filings from plugging the tower and prolongs the life of the unit. In this device,stainless steel parts such as condensers,surge tanks,and cooling coils are used to ensure that the finished alcohol is not contaminated. The distillation kettle adopts a detachable U-shaped heating pipe,and the U-shaped heating pipe can be pulled out of the kettle during the inspection to facilitate cleaning of the outer wall of the heating pipe and the wall of the distillation pot. The device can be produced intermittently or semi-continuously and continuously.
