Wiped Scraper Thin Film Evaporator is a highly efficient thin film evaporation equipment, suitable for concentration, desolventization and distillation of high viscosity, heat sensitive or easy to scale materials. Scraper Agitated Thin Film Evaporator's unique scraper design enables the material to form a uniform thin film on the heated surface, significantly improving the heat transfer efficiency, and is widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and environmental protection industries.

1. Feeding: The material enters the heating cylinder from the top.
2. Film evaporation: The high-speed rotating scraper (200~300rpm) scrapes the material into an extremely thin liquid film, which evaporates quickly on the heated wall.
3. Vapor-liquid separation: The steam rises to the condenser and the concentrated liquid is discharged from the bottom.
4. Vacuum system (optional): Reduce the boiling point and further protect the heat-sensitive components.
