Usage

Working Principle
The percolation method is a leaching method in which a leaching solvent is continuously added to the coarse powder of the royal medicinal material to make it permeate through the powder, and the leaching solution flows out from the outlet at the lower end. During percolation, the solvent penetrates into the cells of medicinal materials to dissolve a large amount of soluble substances, the concentration increases, the density increases and then moves downward, and the upper layer of leaching solvent or dilute immersion liquid replaces the position, resulting in a good concentration difference and better diffusion. It is carried out naturally, so the leaching effect is better than that of the immersion method, and the extraction is relatively complete.

Structure and Features
The equipment is composed of cylinder body, cone body, elliptical head (or flat cover), pneumatic slag discharge door, pneumatic operation table, etc. It has the characteristics of uniform solvent distribution and convenient slag discharge.
