Advantages

(1) The overall heat transfer coefficient is high. Since the fluid flows in the spiral channel, turbulent flow can be achieved at a lower Reynolds value (generally Re=1400-1800, sometimes as low as 500), and a higher flow rate can be selected (2m/s for liquid, 2m/s for gas) 20m/s), so the overall heat transfer coefficient is relatively large.
