Structure and performance
The single-effect concentrator is composed of heating chamber, separator, demister, vapor-liquid separator, condenser, cooler, liquid storage tank, circulation pipe and other components. The whole set of equipment is made of high-quality stainless steel.
The inside of the heating chamber is tubular, and the raw steam is connected to the shell side to heat the liquid inside the tubular. The liquid feeding chamber is equipped with a pressure gauge and a safety valve to ensure production safety.
There is a sight glass on the front of the separation chamber for the operator to observe the evaporation of the material liquid. The manhole at the back is convenient for cleaning the inside of the chamber when changing varieties. working principle
Raw steam enters the outside of the tubes in the heating chamber, heats up the feed liquid, sprays it into the evaporation chamber from the nozzle, and separates the vapor from the liquid. The feed liquid returns from the circulation pipe to the lower part of the heating chamber for reheating, and the feed liquid is heated and sprayed into the evaporation chamber. The chamber opens into a loop. The feed liquid is concentrated to a certain extent, and after being qualified by sampling, it is discharged from the discharge port. The steam evaporated from the evaporation chamber passes through the demister to eliminate foam and then passes through the vapor-liquid separator. Part of the feed liquid returns to the evaporation chamber, and the rest is secondary The steam is cooled by the condenser and cooler into a liquid and enters the liquid storage tank, and finally the non-condensable gas is discharged into the atmosphere or taken away by a vacuum pump.
