Introduction

A column is a chemical device used to bring gases into contact with liquids,gases and solids,liquids and liquids,and to catalyze their interactions to complete heat and mass transfer processes.Columns are used for distillation,absorption,extraction,and the like.Columns can be divided into columns and packed columns of different structures.Common types are: bubble tower,packed tower,sieve tray tower,double flow column,floating valve column,rotating disk column and so on.

Product flow

Due to the separation process of the distillation column,the process is simple and reliable,and the energy consumption,material consumption and pollutant emission of the unit are superior to the average level of similar enterprises.

1.Pretreatment of feedstock oil: The feedstock oil is pumped into a precipitation tank to remove impurities.Then enter the dehydration column after heat exchange.

2.Distillation process: The dewatered feedstock oil is pumped into the kettle for heating.After reaching a certain temperature,the feedstock oil will be converted to a gas fraction and automatically enter the distillation column.The distillation column is a split atmospheric device.It works under vacuum pressure and semi-continuous distillation conditions.Finally,the gas fraction(raw oil)is collected into light component tanks(gasoline and diesel).

3.Auxiliary device: According to the different requirements of the final product,we can add other emulsification,mixing and filtration systems.It depends on the characteristics of the raw materials and the exact requirements.
