Liquid-liquid separation technique carried out under molecular distillation conditions.The utility model has the advantages of low distillation temperature,high vacuum degree of the system,short heating time of the material,high degree of separation,and the like,and the separation process is irreversible and has no boiling bubbling phenomenon.It is especially suitable for the separation of high boiling point,heat sensitive and easily oxidized substances.It has been widely used in the extraction of active ingredients of vitamins and Chinese herbal medicines in the pharmaceutical industry,petrochemicals,food industry,cosmetics industry and agriculture.

Structural features

1.Place a condenser inside on the basis of the scraper evaporator.When the light mixture molecules move to a certain distance after the feed mixture is heated,the condenser is condensed into a liquid and separated,and the heavy material flows down the wall.Since the light material vapor phase is condensed internally,the vacuum pressure drop is small to maintain a high vacuum inside the device.

2.Extremely high vacuum:The special structural design of short-path distillation allows the operating pressure to reach an extremely low operating vacuum.The experimental scale of the equipment vacuum can reach 0.1Pa,even the industrial scale equipment can reach 1-5Pa.

3.The operating temperature is much lower than the boiling point of the material:Since the short-path distillation uses central condensation,the material flow cross-sectional area is equal to the evaporation surface,so that there is only a slight pressure drop between the evaporator and the condenser,that is,the vacuum degree at the end of the vacuum system.Almost close to the vacuum of the evaporator.Very low working pressures ensure extremely low distillation temperatures,so short-path distillation is currently the mildest distillation method.
