Principle

Low pressure and very short residence time.Once the feed is degassed,it will flow to the rotating heating plate.When the material expands exponentially over the radius of the disk,the distillation is carried out in less than one second.The residue is trapped in a groove around the rotor and then flows down to the collection container below.The distillate is condensed on the outer casing of the distiller and flows by gravity to another collection vessel that is also below the distiller.
