Introduction

Solid Liquid Extraction Unit puts the solid to be extracted into an extraction solvent,oscillates it,and if necessary,heats it,then separates the liquid and solid by centrifugation or filtration,and extracts the component into the solvent.However,this simplest liquid-solid extraction can only be used for components that are very easy to extract,its extraction efficiency is very low,and the solvent is easily lost when heated,and is rarely used.

The following principles should be considered when selecting a solution

(1)The solubility of the solute is large,so that the solvent is saved;

(2)A large enough difference in boiling point from the solute to facilitate recycling

(3)The diffusion resistance of the solute in the solvent is small,that is,the diffusion coefficient is large and the viscosity is small.

(4)It is cheap and easy to obtain,non-toxic,and less corrosive.
