Introduction

Fractional distillation column is a column type vapor-liquid device for performing distillation,which is also called a distillation column.The fractionation tower has two main types of plate towers and packed towers.According to the type of operation,it can be divided into two types: continuous fractionation tower and batch fractionation tower.

Working principle

In a confined space,the heat transfer area of the liquid mixture is reduced as much as possible.The mixture generally used for distillation distillation is an organic azeotrope.The azeotrope is first heated from the reactor to the distillation section,and the boiling point is low.After that,the temperature is lower than the low boiling point after the heat transfer of the low-boiling substance,so the low-boiling substance is distilled out,and the lower-boiling substance is heated and then transferred to the lower boiling point because it does not exceed the proper boiling point.In the reaction vessel or in the lower half of the distillation column,after the low boilers are almost distilled off,the lower boilers are successively distilled,and then the high boilers are distilled off,and finally the bottom of the reactor is a residue.
