Introduction

The structure of the rising film evaporator and the falling film evaporator is basically the same. The main difference is that the raw material liquid enters from the bottom of the heating chamber, and the liquid enters the heating pipe and is rapidly vaporized by boiling. The steam rises rapidly in the tube, and the liquid is driven by the high-speed rising steam to form a film-like rise along the tube wall and continue to evaporate.

Working principle

The generated steam and the liquid phase enter the separation chamber of the evaporator, the vapor and liquid are fully separated, the low temperature steam is compressed by the compressor, the temperature and pressure are increased, the heat is increased, and then the heat exchanger is condensed to fully utilize the steam. Latent heat, the liquid phase is discharged from the separation chamber.
