Introduction

Heat Exchanger Evaporator is a type of evaporator,characterized in that the material liquid flows along the wall of the heating pipe to conduct heat transfer and evaporation.The advantages are high heat transfer efficiency,high evaporation speed and short residence time of materials,so it is especially suitable for evaporation of heat sensitive substances.

How to choose editing

Maintenance

1)The lubricating oil of the reducer is 40# oil,and the fueling amount should be within the indicated height.Too much oil will cause agitation and heat.If the amount of oil is too small,the oil film of the eccentric body shaft pump will be destroyed and the temperature will rise due to heat generation.Replace the secondary lubricant within 1 month at the beginning of use,and replace the lubricant within 3-4 months.

2)After opening the low head,unscrew the bottom bolt of the rotor U-slot and check the scraper replacement scraper every four months.

3)Open the bottom bearing every two months,check the bottom bearing wear and replace the bottom bearing if necessary.

4)According to the nature of the material,the inner cylinder should be immersed and washed with warm water or solvent regularly.

5)Add sealing liquid to the mechanical seal chamber once a month,and the sealing liquid is 20# mechanical oil.
